What can you give my dog in terms of experience that I couldnt give it myself? Your dog will be hunted daily by anyone of us on our 10,000 hectare rugged bush block where wild pigs roam freely and in high numbers.
Do you stock proof dogs? We have an effective stock and feral animal system in place which is separate from our pighunting and dog training operations. But you still need to convey the message to the dog.
Where do the dogs that you train come in from We have dogs sent into us from invercargil to the top end of the north island.

The main tip on training a pig dog that we offer is to get a dog out into an area where theres an abundant supply of pigs out in the wild not on pigs that are fenced in. Whats your view on trials. If you are going to buy a dog get one from an established seller. Trials can prove to be a real nuisnace and time waster for the buyer and seller.
I have been shafted by trials where people have taken a good dog used it for a month and then have it sent back because the buyer has managed to use the dog to break in his own young dogs. Other times the dog has been returned ruined by the intended buyer. So if you are selling and buying a good dog be careful.
The most effective an honest way is to try to get over and see the dog in action make your mind up then and there and make it final.
Is your training school fully guaranteed to provide the desired results. The only full guarantee is the hunting grounds and the pig numbers. No training in fenced off areas all the pigs are hunted out in our 10,000 hectare wilderness. If a dogs got in it, it will go. If it hasnt got it in him throwing a 1000 pigs his way is not going to make any difference.
